Thank you for shopping at REEVA FOODS. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns and offer refunds/replacements if you report the issue within 7 days of delivery of your order. To be eligible for a return or replacement, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be defective, damaged, or incorrect (wrong item received).
  • The issue must be reported within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or invoice).
  • For damaged/defective items, photo or video evidence must be shared with us.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our food products, we do not accept returns for:

  • Products that have been opened or partially consumed (unless defective).
  • Products where the 7-day reporting window has passed.
  • Products damaged due to improper storage by the customer.

How to Report an Issue

To initiate a return or request a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order:

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos/videos if applicable. Our team will respond within 2 business days.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund.

Replacements

If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we will dispatch the replacement product as soon as the issue is verified, subject to stock availability.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
